E-Flux by Road offers a Self-Support Flow for EV drivers experiencing issues at a charging station. This flow helps solve over 80% of problems directly by the EV driver. To enable this, the charging station must have the correct sticker with a unique QR code that directs users to a page starting with chargestation.road
2. How do I get the correct QR code sticker?
Stickers are usually provided with the charging station or given to the charging station owner by the installer. For new charging stations, you can request a sticker during registration if one was not supplied. For existing charging stations, you’ll need to request a new sticker.
3. How do I know if I have the correct sticker?
Follow these steps to check if you have the right sticker:
Go to your E-Flux by Road account and click on ‘My Locations’.
Click on the location and go to the ‘Charging Stations’ tab.
In the ‘EVSE ID’ column, you’ll see a number. This number should match the one displayed on the landing page.
Note: the sticker often shows a portion of the EVSE ID. Make sure the last 7 digits match.

4. How can I order a new sticker?
If you need a new QR code sticker, click on the chatbot in the bottom right corner of your account. The chatbot will ask for the necessary information so we can send a new sticker to you.
