Self-Support Flow for E-Flux by Road

E-Flux by Road offers a Self-Support Flow designed to help EV drivers quickly solve issues at charging stations. This flow allows drivers to resolve over 80% of problems directly. To use it, your charging station needs to have the correct sticker, which includes a unique QR code directing users to a support page starting with chargestation.road.

1. What is the Self-Support Flow from E-Flux by Road?

The Self-Support Flow is a service that allows electric vehicle (EV) drivers to solve common issues at charging stations on their own. It guides them through troubleshooting steps and helps resolve most problems directly without needing further assistance.

2. How do I get the correct QR code sticker?

The QR code sticker is usually provided with the charging station or given to the station owner by the installer. For new charging stations, you can request the sticker during the registration process if one was not included. For existing stations, you will need to request a replacement sticker if you don’t have one.

3. How do I know if I have the correct sticker?

To verify you have the correct sticker, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your E-Flux by Road account.

  2. Click on ‘My Locations’.

  3. Select the location of your charging station and go to the ‘Charging Stations’ tab.

  4. Look at the ‘EVSE ID’ column. This number should match the one displayed on your station’s landing page.

Important: The sticker typically shows part of the EVSE ID. Make sure the last 7 digits match.
