Why have we increased the price?
At Road, we are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for our electric vehicle (EV) drivers. Rising costs for issuing and shipping charge cards, maintaining secure systems, and supporting reliable services have made it necessary to update our charge card pricing. This price adjustment allows us to continue providing the level of service you expect.

When Will the Price Increase Take Effect?
The new prices will go into effect on December 1, 2024 and will be reflected on your January 2025 bill. The changes will be applied automatically.
Where Can I Find the Updated Costs in My E-Flux Account?
To view the costs associated with your subscription:
Go to Profile & Settings.
Select Billing & Plans.
Here, you can see all active plans and their costs.
How Will the New Surcharge Appear on the PDF Invoice?
For transparency, the PDF invoice will itemize each cost separately. The €0.02 per kWh surcharge will be listed as its own line item.
Your invoice structure will include:
Charging Costs: Total amount based on energy usage.
Session Costs: €0.26 per session multiplied by the number of sessions.
Surcharge Costs: Total energy used (kWh) multiplied by €0.02 per kWh.
How to Find E-Flux Supported Charge Stations
To reduce costs, you may prefer charging at E-Flux-supported stations. Both the E-Flux by Road app and the E-Flux Dashboard offer filtering options to help you find these stations easily.
In the E-Flux by Road App:
Open the E-Flux by Road app (available in the Google Play Store and App Store).
Log in to your account.
Go to the map in the navigation bar.
Tap the filter icon in the top right.
Enable E-Flux charge stations.
Close the filter menu and find a nearby E-Flux station.
In the E-Flux Dashboard:
Log in to your dashboard.
Click on My Map in the left navigation bar.
Select the filter icon next to the search bar.
Check E-Flux chargers.
Close the filter menu to view E-Flux-supported stations on the map.Which charge card type is best for me?
Which Charge Card Type Is Right for Me?
Flex: Ideal for occasional charging. However, please note the €0.02 per kWh surcharge for non-E-Flux stations.
Comfort: Recommended if you charge more than 10 times per month, as it includes a fixed monthly fee and no additional surcharge.
If you are currently a Flex customer and want to switch to Comfort, you can keep your current card and avoid extra charges. Just complete the form to switch your subscription automatically.
