How It Works
1. Assign Installer to Charging Station
Go to the specific charging station, click on “Overview,” then “Configure,” and find the “Installer Account” field. The dropdown will show only accounts marked as installer accounts your organization.
2. Reassign Installer to Station
Return to the charging station’s configuration. The newly marked installer account will now appear in the dropdown and can be selected.
3. Filter by Installer Accounts
Use the new "Is Installer Account" filter to quickly narrow down results and view only Installer accounts. Can be found under Provider Menu - Accounts - Filters.
