If you have not set up automatic payment for an invoice, you must pay it manually using the payment link sent to you by email.

Reminder in case of non-payment

If you have not paid within two days after the due date, we will send you a reminder with a payment link.

Transfer to debt collection agency COEO

If the invoice remains unpaid after one month, it will be transferred to COEO, our debt collection agency.

Please note: After an invoice has been transferred to COEO, payment must be made directly to them, not to E-Flux by Road. This is because collection costs have been charged and must be paid via COEO.

What if you pay us directly anyway?

If you pay E-Flux by Road directly after your invoice has been transferred to COEO, your file will not be automatically closed. This may cause delays and additional steps, as you may still have to pay the collection costs via COEO or we may need to manually process your payment with them.

Avoid missed payments

We recommend setting up direct debit. This ensures that invoices are paid on time and prevents reminders or additional costs from the collection agency.
