How to change your bank details for reimbursements?

A step-by-step guide to updating your reimbursement details

It's important that your reimbursement details are correct to ensure smooth payment for your charging sessions. Whether you want to change your account number for home charging reimbursements or for business charging sessions, the following four simple steps will guide you through the process in your account.

  • Account number for home charging:

    • Log in

    • Go to Profile & Settings

    • Go to the “Reimbursement” tab in the Personal menu

    • Change your IBAN number and click on save

  • Account number for business & public locations:

    • Log in

    • Go to Profile & Settings

    • Go to the “Reimbursement” tab in the Organisation menu

    • Change your IBAN number and click on save
