Highway Mode is a smart app feature designed to eliminate range anxiety on major roads by optimizing your view to show only the most relevant, closest DC fast chargers ahead of you.
How highway mode works
The feature is simple to use and provides real-time awareness during your journey.
Activation
Highway Mode activates in two ways:
Smart engagement: The feature automatically turns on when your vehicle speed exceeds 50 km/h.
Manual control: You can also activate it manually by selecting it on the main screen.
The manual selecting of the feature can be done in the app under the home screen.
Charging awareness
Once active, the mode focuses on making your charging decision quick and confident:
Directional focus: It removes irrelevant options and only highlights DC fast chargers located ahead in your direction of travel alongside the highway.
Real-time distance: The display continuously updates, showing the distance to the next upcoming fast charger on your route.
This gives you a contextual list of accessible charging opportunities, ensuring you always know your next stop well in advance.
