Finding details of your charge sessions and costs

To access and view your invoices, log in to your E-Flux account and navigate to the "My Invoices" section in the dashboard. Locate the invoice you wish to view and click the PDF icon next to it to open it. This section also allows you to download detailed session specifications by selecting "More" under the "Actions" column and choosing "Download Sessions."

If you have any questions about your invoice, please click here and follow the provided steps so we can assist you. Please note that due to privacy regulations, certain invoices, such as private compensation invoices, may not be shared directly. Always ensure that your account settings and permissions align with your invoicing needs.
