Configuration requirements
Configuration package E-Flux by Road
Contains: SIM card (optional), EVSE ID, configuration manual for the installer and registration manual for the owner of the charging station
Configuration device: laptop
Follow the steps
Note: To connect the Cube charger to the E-Flux by Road platform, the charger must be configured by a certified CubeCharging installer.
Step 1: Contact a certified CubeCharging installer and inform them that the charger needs to be connected to E-Flux by Road.
Step 2: Share the following configuration settings with the installer so they can upload the configuration kit into the charger:
When using a white Road SIM card or another connection method:

Important: Replace CHARGEPOINTNAME with the correct EVSE ID or serial number of the charger. The TOKEN field must be left blank.
Step 3: Briefly disconnect the charger from the power supply and then reconnect it.
During startup, check that all three LED indicators turn green. This confirms that the charger has connected to the backend succesfully.
If you are the installer of the charging station, go to step 4. If you are the owner of the charging station, go to step 5.
Step 4: Complete the following steps to activate the station on the E-Flux by Road platform:
Login to your Field Service Account or create a Field Service Account via www.e-flux.io/installer-signup*.
Go to setup new EVSE in the menu on the left and enter the serial number or OCPP ID of the station.
Click on setup charging station.
Click on upload configuration, then click next.
Choose and define the connector type, and choose save connector configuration.
The charging station is now activated and ready to be registered by the owner!
*A Field Service Account is for installers only and will be used as a point of contact for technical tickets.
Step 5: Complete the following steps to register the station on the E-Flux by Road platform:
Ask your installer to complete step 4 to finish the configuration of your charger, or call E-Flux by Road to finish the configuration.
Create an E-Flux by Road account by going to www.e-flux.io/signup.
Is this charging station facilitated by your employer? Check your email for the invitation.
Follow the steps to add the location and register your charging station.
Put the sticker with the QR code on the charging station so it’s easier to identify the station if you need support.
The charging station is now registered and ready to be used!
