Step 1: Download the mySigen app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Log in with your credentials, scan the QR code on the charger to add it to your system, and follow the on-screen steps to complete the commissioning process.

Step 3: Navigate to the device’s Connectivity settings and configure the appropriate network method. If you are using a Road SIM card to establish the connection, configure the APN as follows:

When using a white Road SIM card or another connection method: <code>m2m.services</code>

When using a purple Road SIM card: <code>road.io</code>

- When using a purple Road SIM card: <code>road.io</code>

Step 4: Open the OCPP settings of the device and enter the following server address:

When using a purple Road SIM card: <code>ws://ocpp-internal.road.io/e-flux</code>

If you are the installer of the charging station, go to Step 5. If you are the owner of the charging station, go to step 6.

Step 5: Complete the following steps to activate the station on the E-Flux by Road platform:

Login to your <a href="https://dashboard.e-flux.io/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Field Service Account</a> or create a Field Service Account via <a href="http://www.e-flux.io/installer-signup" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.e-flux.io/installer-signup</a>*.

Go to “Setup New EVSE” in the menu on the left and enter the serial number or OCPP ID of the station.

Click on Upload Configuration, then click Next.

Choose and define the connector type, and choose “Save Connector Configuration”.

The charging station is now activated and ready to be registered by the owner!

1. Login to your <a href="https://dashboard.e-flux.io/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Field Service Account</a> or create a Field Service Account via <a href="http://www.e-flux.io/installer-signup" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.e-flux.io/installer-signup</a>*.
2. Go to “Setup New EVSE” in the menu on the left and enter the serial number or OCPP ID of the station.
3. Click on “Setup charging station”.
4. Click on Upload Configuration, then click Next.
5. Choose and define the connector type, and choose “Save Connector Configuration”.
6. The charging station is now activated and ready to be registered by the owner!

*A Field Service Account is for installers only and will be used as a point of contact for technical tickets.

Step 6: Complete the following steps to register the station on the E-Flux by Road platform:

Ask your installer to complete Step 5 to finish the configuration of your charger, or call <a href="https://e-flux.io/nl/en/about/contact/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">E-Flux by Road</a> to finish the configuration.

Create an E-Flux by Road account by going to <a href="http://www.e-flux.io/signup" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.e-flux.io/signup</a>.

- Is this charging station facilitated by your employer? Check your email for the invitation.

Follow the steps to add the location and register your charging station.

Put the sticker with the QR code on the charging station so it’s easier to identify the station if you need support.

The charging station is now registered and ready to be used!

1. Ask your installer to complete Step 5 to finish the configuration of your charger, or call <a href="https://e-flux.io/nl/en/about/contact/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">E-Flux by Road</a> to finish the configuration.
2. Create an E-Flux by Road account by going to <a href="http://www.e-flux.io/signup" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.e-flux.io/signup</a>.

3. Follow the steps to add the location and register your charging station.
4. Put the sticker with the QR code on the charging station so it’s easier to identify the station if you need support.
5. The charging station is now registered and ready to be used!
