As a leasing company, you invite your drivers yourself through our portal. This way you stay in control of who is registered and at which rate, and registration is handled directly. This article explains how it works.
The 'Invite employee' flow
You invite a driver through the 'Invite employee' flow in the portal. Within this flow, you set the rate for the driver yourself and send the invitation. The driver then receives an email asking them to register with E-Flux.
How to invite a driver
Open the 'Invite employee' flow in the portal.
Set the desired rate for the driver.
Send the invitation.
The driver then automatically receives an email asking them to register. Once the driver has completed registration, they are active under your account as a leasing company.
Setting the rate
You decide which rate applies to the driver. You set this within the 'Invite employee' flow, before sending the invitation. This ensures the driver is registered under the correct terms. You can also change a driver's rate yourself later on.
