What is the right of withdrawal?
If you bought a charge card or charging station from us online, you have a legal right to withdraw from that purchase within 14 days. This is called the right of withdrawal, and you don’t have to give a reason.
How to submit a withdrawal request
Log in to your dashboard or open the E-Flux app.
Click Right to withdraw.
Choose what you want to withdraw from (see the options below).
Submit the form.
You’ll get an email confirming that we’ve received your request.
I don’t see the Right to withdraw button
The button only appears while you still have something you can withdraw from. If you don’t see it, the 14-day withdrawal period has ended for all your purchases and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
What can I withdraw from?
Option | What it means |
Charge card | You withdraw from one or more charge cards that are still within their 14-day withdrawal period. |
Charging station | You withdraw from one or more charging stations that are still within their 14-day withdrawal period. |
All contracts still within their withdrawal period | You withdraw from all charge cards and charging stations on your account that are still within the 14-day period. Your account itself stays active. |
What happens next?
After you submit the form, our support team handles your request. They cancel the products you withdrew from and arrange any refund that applies. We’ll let you know once your request has been processed.
