Password Reset and Recovery
Forgot your password? No worries! You can reset it quickly:
Go to the login page of the dashboard and click on the option labeled "Forgot password."
Enter your registered email address and submit the form.
Check your email inbox for a password reset link sent by E-Flux. Follow the link to set a new password. This method ensures quick resolution for most password-related issues. If you try to create an account and receive a message stating that your email address is already in use, this might mean you have not set a password or have forgotten it. Utilize the 'Forgot Password' feature by entering your email address to request a reset link. Follow the link to set a new password and regain access.
Logging into the Dashboard
To log into your E-Flux dashboard, follow these steps:
Open the login page for the dashboard.
Enter your registered email address. This is the same email address where you receive E-Flux-related communications.

Setting Up Business Accounts: EU vs. Non-EU Companies
E-Flux by Road offers business account options primarily for companies established within the European Union (EU). However, some restrictions apply:
Eligibility for EU-based Companies: Only companies established in the EU can register for business accounts.
Non-EU Companies: Companies registered in non-EU countries (e.g., Australia) are not eligible to set up business accounts due to tax regulations.
Alternative Option: Companies with a branch or legal entity in the EU can utilize that entity to establish a business account. These requirements are in place to ensure compliance with EU tax regulations, including VAT considerations.
