Using an E-Flux Charging Card for Business Expense Tracking

To use your E-Flux charging card for business expense tracking, follow these steps:

  1. Enable Roaming on Your E-Flux Account: Log in to your E-Flux account and activate the roaming feature. This allows your charging sessions to be registered and billed according to your set tariff.

  2. Set a Tariff for Your Location: Define a tariff for your home or other charging locations within your E-Flux account. This ensures that the costs are calculated correctly for reimbursement purposes.

  3. Start a Charging Session: Simply hold your E-Flux charging card near the charging station. The session will be registered via roaming and billed according to the tariff you set. This process eliminates the need to manually link your charging card to a specific charging station, making it convenient for business expense tracking.

How to request a charge card or tag

  1. Log in to the E-Flux by Road Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the My Cards section and click the +Request Card or Tag button.

  3. Provide information if the charge card is for someone else. Enter this person's details so they can receive an invitation email to create their own account.

What are the costs of a new charge card or tag?

All costs related to the card, including a fee of 9.99 EUR incl. VAT for a new card, will be charged to the account holder.
