Starting a charge session using your Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card in the E-Flux mobile app is only available at public E-Flux charge points in the UK. This functionality will be available for additional markets in the near future.
For UK drivers:
Download the E-Flux app from Apple’s App store or the Google Play store.
Create an account inside the mobile app.
Add your preferred payment method. We currently accept Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Start your charging session.
Costs will be settled with your chosen payment method.
Please note we currently offer credit or debit card payment for individual accounts only. We are working to expand this functionality to organisation accounts.
For charging stations of other providers, it is technically not possible to start a charge session from the E-Flux app. However, with the latest developments on communication protocols this could change. We always keep a close watch on such developments to improve your experience.
