What to do when I can't log in to the E-Flux by Road app?

Having trouble logging in to the E-Flux by Road app? Here are the most common causes and how to fix them.

Check your email address

Make sure you are using the correct email address — this is the same address you use to log in to the E-Flux by Road dashboard. Your app and dashboard share the same login credentials.

Reset your password

  • Tap Forgot password? on the login screen.

  • Enter your registered email address and submit.

  • Follow the reset link sent to your inbox to set a new password.

  • If you haven't received the email, you may be trying to log in with a different email address than the one on your account.

  • Note: Yahoo email addresses have a known issue where the reset link is not clickable — contact support for assistance.
