What to do when I can't log in to the E-Flux by Road app?
Having trouble logging in to the E-Flux by Road app? Here are the most common causes and how to fix them.
Check your email address
Make sure you are using the correct email address — this is the same address you use to log in to the E-Flux by Road dashboard. Your app and dashboard share the same login credentials.
Reset your password
Tap Forgot password? on the login screen.
Enter your registered email address and submit.
Follow the reset link sent to your inbox to set a new password.
If you haven't received the email, you may be trying to log in with a different email address than the one on your account.
Note: Yahoo email addresses have a known issue where the reset link is not clickable — contact support for assistance.
