Reimbursement for Charging Costs
It’s up to you, but we always recommend discussing the charge rate for reimbursement with your employer. Make sure to check the kWh rate with your energy supplier and enter the full rate. Always provide it as the rate excluding VAT.
Example:
If you pay €0.23 including VAT per kWh and want to receive the same amount from your employer, then set the rate at €0.23 excluding VAT.
