It's up to you! However, we always advise you to discuss the charge rate for reimbursement with your employer. Check your kWh rate with your energy supplier and enter the full rate. Always enter it as rate without VAT.

Example: Do you pay €0,23 including VAT per kWh and do you want to receive the same from your employer? Then set the rate at €0,23 excluding VAT.
