In case you have lost your charge card or there is another reason, you can easily block it. Only the owner of the account can block a charge card (account admin). In case you've found it again, you can easily unblock the charge card.
Follow below steps to block your charge card.
Go to your E-Flux by Road account and login;
Go to 'My Cards';
Click on 'Block'.
Your charge card has been blocked now. To unblock the charge card, follow the same steps and click 'Unblock'.
