How can I block my charge card?

So that your E-Flux by Road charge card can no longer be used

How to block or unblock your charge card

In case you have lost your charge card or there is another reason, you can easily block it. Only the owner of the account (account admin) can block a charge card. If you find it again, you can easily unblock it.

Losing your card can happen for a variety of reasons such as misplacing it or suspecting misuse. To safeguard your account, it's advisable to block the card immediately if any of these situations apply.

To block your charge card:

This is especially important if the card has been lost or stolen, as it prevents unauthorized usage.

  1. Log in to your E-Flux by Road account.

  2. Go to my cards.

  3. Click on block. Note: Once blocked, the card cannot be deleted from the system but remains non-operational.

Your charge card is now blocked. To unblock it, follow the same steps and click unblock. Once your card is blocked, you can request a replacement. Use your Dashboard or designated system to submit a replacement request, and expect delivery within 1–2 business days. In rare cases, allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
