Step-by-Step Guide to Reset or Unlock Your Charge Cable
Log in to Your Account
Go to your E-Flux by Road account and log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the 'Location' Section
Click on 'Location' in the main menu.
Go to 'Actions' and select 'Modify'.
Choose Your Command
Select the command 'Reset' to restart your charge point.
Choose 'Unlock connector' if you need to release your charge cable.
Verify the Command
Check if the command was successful:
For a reset: The charge point should power off and then restart automatically.
