E-Flux by Road helps you to become self-sufficient! Our eMobility platform makes it possible to send your charge point a command for resetting or unlocking your charge cable. How does this work?
Go to 'Your E-Flux by Road' and log in;
Click on 'Location' and go to 'Actions' and click 'Modify';
Click the command 'Reset' or 'Unlock connector';
Check whether the command got through correctly. If the charge point is going through a reset, the charge point will turn off and subsequently reboot. If you're trying to unlock the cable you should hear a click after which the cable should come off.
