There are two ways to invite employees in E-Flux by Road — adding them as users to your business account, or inviting them to register a charging station at home.
Adding users to your business account
As an account administrator, you can invite users via email. Log in to the E-Flux dashboard, go to My Users, and click + Invite user. This creates a user profile for the driver so they can be managed under your company account.
Inviting an employee to register a charging station
Go to my locations;
Click on invite employee;
Enter the price you want to reimburse for the kWh;
Enter the details of the new employee;
Invitation is send the employee for registration.
After completing the registration you can see the charge station of the employee in the tab employees stations under my locations.
Troubleshooting
Error: employee already known under another account — contact support with additional details to resolve this.
Employee didn't receive an invitation — check for typos in the email address. If the address is already in the system, use a different email address.
Employee already has a private account with their business email — ask them to change their private account to a personal email first, then invite them using the now-available business email address.
