How does the charge card subscription work?

At E-Flux by Road, you only pay for what you use. This means your bill will include only the charging sessions that have actually occurred.

When will I receive my bill?

  • Charge point operators (CPOs), also known as charge point providers, can bill your charging sessions up to one month after the session.

  • This means it can take up to two months for you to receive your final bill for a session.

How does the charge station subscription work?

All the kWh charged using the E-Flux by Road eMobility platform are settled in the usual way.

What happens if I cancel my subscription early? For a better understanding of cancellation terms, note that subscriptions generally require a 24-month commitment (12 months for private accounts). For example, a subscription begun in June 2024 can be cancelled without penalties after May 2026. Use the Subscription Cancellation Form for processing your request, which typically happens within 1-2 business days.

If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription period—24 months (or 12 months for private accounts)—we are obliged to invoice you for the remaining months of your subscription. The remaining months will be added to your final bill.A recurring monthly fee of €6.66 will apply to cover software and station management costs, regardless of charging activity. This helps with budget planning for ongoing expenses.Even after cancellation, unresolved charging sessions may result in delayed invoices. For clarity, unresolved sessions occurring before subscription termination might appear in a final bill.
