It is possible to have a VAT number but no membership with the Chamber of Commerce. This situation might arise, for example, if you rent out a vacation home. In such cases, you can deduct the VAT on costs associated with maintaining the property. A membership with the Chamber of Commerce is not required in this case.

If this applies to you, simply enter your VAT number in your E-Flux by Road account. Based on this information, we will generate your reimbursement invoice with VAT.

Regardless of whether or not you are VAT liable, the billing invoice will always include VAT. Since E-Flux by Road is an operating business, the billing invoice will include VAT, as per standard practice.
