Error messages in your charging station? Fix it this way!

All charging stations linked to your platform are continuously monitored. Based on communication and possible errors, an alert is generated. This alert can be found under 'EVSE ID' and the button 'Detected issues'.

The 'Open' tab lists issues that are still being detected by the platform and have not yet been resolved. If the issue is no longer detected, the system will automatically place the issue under 'Resolved'.

If the issue is known and does not need to remain open you can resolve the issue yourself by clicking on the check mark. Installers who provide maintenance for charging stations will also receive these notifications.
