You can easily send commands from the platform to the charging station to resolve an issue. This way you can solve 95% of the problems without having to go to the location!

Your customer can give the following commands from their own environment: hard reset (charging station will restart) and unlock connector (unlock charging cable).

As a reseller, you can also give the above-mentioned commands by going to the relevant location of the charging station and clicking on the button 'Actions'. Thereafter, the right command can be chosen.

Besides that, you can give commands by following the next steps:

  1. In the menu, go to 'EVSE';

  2. Search for the charging station and click on the 'EVSE ID';

  3. Go to 'Commands';

  4. Click on the button 'Execute command';

  5. Choose the command and execute it. Subsequently, you can see in the activity of the charger if the command is arriving.
