Reconnecting a Charging Station to the E-Flux by Road eMobility Platform
Sometimes, a charging station might need repairs or replacement. If the connection between the charging station and the E-Flux by Road eMobility platform is lost, you may need to reconnect it. This process requires notifying our support team so they can manually add the station back to the platform using a new EVSE ID number.
Steps to Reconnect Your Charging Station:
Notify Support: Let us know that your charging station needs to be re-added to the E-Flux by Road eMobility platform.
Provide the EVSE ID Number: You will need to provide a 7-digit EVSE ID number for the charging station. If your installer has already provided you with a sticker with the new ID, enter it here. If not, request the new sticker from us.
Apply the Sticker: Place the sticker with the new EVSE ID number and QR code on your charging station.
Once the station is linked to the platform, you’ll need to:
Check Your Settings: Make sure everything is as it should be—check your price settings, access groups, and reset function.
Confirm Functionality: Ensure the station works as expected and is ready for use.
By completing these steps, you will ensure the charging station is properly connected and functions smoothly.
