For when your defective charging station has been replaced or repaired

Sometimes it happens that a charging station needs to be repaired or replaced. If work is carried out where the connection between your charging station and the E-Flux eMobility platform is broken, it may be necessary to reconnect the charging station to the platform. When the charging station needs to be added to the E-Flux eMobility platform again, you can notify us here. One of our E-Flux support agents then manually re-adds the charging station to the E-Flux eMobility platform using a new EVSE ID number.

An EVSE ID number is an 7 digit identification code for the charging station. You can indicate whether your installer has already provided you with a sticker with a new EVSE ID number, or whether you still need to receive a new sticker from us. In any case, do not forget to stick this sticker with QR code on the charging station.

Using the new EVSE ID number, we link the charging station to the E-Flux eMobility platform. All you then need to do is check whether the charging station settings are still the way you want it. In any case, check the price setting, the access groups set and the reset function in the platform, to make sure everything works properly. After all, you do not want to run the risk that the charging station cannot be used or that your set price setting no longer works!
