How to troubleshoot a malfunction in your E-Flux by Road charging station
If your E-Flux by Road charging station indicates a malfunction, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Step-by-step guide to fix a charging station malfunction
Step 1: perform a reset
Log in to your E-Flux by Road account.
On the left-hand side, click on my locations
Select the location of the charging station experiencing the malfunction.
Click on the actions button at the top right of the screen and select reset.
If the reset does not solve the problem, proceed to step 2.
Step 2: de-energize the charging station
Go to the utility closet where your charging station's electrical controls are located.
Turn off the earth leakage circuit breaker and the group(s) connected to the charging station to cut the power.
Wait for five minutes before switching the group(s) and the earth leakage circuit breaker back on.
Check if the charging station resumes normal operation.
Step 3: Contact support
Is the malfunction still not resolved? If so, please contact our support team. The team will look into the malfunction remotely.
If it cannot be solved remotely, they will contact your installer.
