If you doubt whether your charging sessions are correct, you can make a request for us to start an investigation. To do this, you click on the following link: https://www.e-flux.io/nl/en/questions-about-charging-sessions/.


Fill in which charging session you doubt about, and we'll evaluate this. Within 2 business days you'll receive feedback from us regarding your charging sessions. Sometimes it can take a little longer for us to provide a definitive response, because we're dependent on the response of the charge station manager.

Please note: charging sessions older than four weeks (after billing date) will not be processed. Of these, the financial settlement with the charge station operator has been completed and this can no longer be corrected.
