What to Do If You Doubt Your Charging Sessions

How Can You Request an Investigation?

If you’re unsure whether your charging sessions are correct, you can ask us to investigate by following these steps:

  1. Fill out our investigation form.

  2. Specify the charging session(s) you’re questioning.

We’ll evaluate your request and provide feedback within 2 business days.


How Long Does It Take?

In some cases, it may take longer to give a definitive response, as we may need input from the charge station manager.


Important Note

  • Charging sessions older than four weeks (from the billing date) cannot be processed.

  • For these sessions, the financial settlement with the charge station operator has already been completed, and no changes can be made.
