Why do I pay a different rate than I set?

Some charge card providers have their own rates for using the charge card. Here's an example: your charge card provider charges a fixed amount of €0.50 per kWh. You have set a fee of €0.40/kWh. So now you pay more to the charge card provider because they use fixed kWh rates. Always consult the charge card provider's rates to be sure what you are paying. You can always switch to the E-Flux by Road charge card. Then you pay what is set on the charging station without extra costs.
