Note before you start
Insert the SIM card into the charger. To do this, follow Webasto's manual. For further explanation, please follow the FAQ on Webasto's website www.webasto-charging.com.
The login details for Webasto Live can be found on the sticker of the Webasto. See picture opposite
To adjust the settings of your Webasto charger, connect to the charging station's hotspot. This is a kind of wifi network. To do this, we recommend using a Windows laptop. If you do not succeed in connecting, our helpdesk can help you (working days between 8:30 and 17:00).

Follow the steps
Step 1: Connect to the hotspot: Make sure the that Webasto Live is powered and grab your laptop. Stay near the Webasto to establish a good connection to the charging station. In Wi-Fi networks, find the hotspot that matches the serial number of the charging station. Webasto!Live #SERIENUMMER. Connect to the hotspot and enter the WLAN Key (WPA 2) to connect to the hotspot. Then open your browser; type "172.20.0.1" in the address bar and hit enter.
Step 2: Set up the charger on the E-Flux eMobility platform Go to the dashboard and enter your password. The password is the login password shown on the sticker. In the dashboard, click Network and set the following values:
Access point Name (APN): m2m.services
APN Username: 'Empty'
APN Password' 'Empty'
Simcard PIN Number: 'Leave blank'
Network selection mode: Auto Requested
Network operator: 'Leave empty
Network operator name format: Alphanumeric Short
Click on Save
Step 3: Go to Backend and enter the following:
Connection Type: GSM
ChargeBoxID = EVSE ID --> see sticker included in the "Ready to charge" envelope.
This number must be copied exactly as it appears on the sticker, but with dashes as in this example: (NL-EFL-EV-XXXXXXX)
OCPP Mode: OCPP - J 1.6 Websockets JSON OCPP URL of backend: ws://ocpp.e-flux.co.uk/1.6/e-flux (please copy this link).
Websocket keep-alive interval: 60
Restart transaction after power loss: On
Backend connection timeout: 60
SSL Strictness as Client: Normal SSL Auth
Step 4: Next, your Wallbox appears on the screen -> press it -> wait for it to connect -> once connected, press the cog wheel -> select connectivity -> select WIFI and connect the charger to a network -> click save.
Step 5: Save and restart. After the restart, you will lose the connection to the hotspot as the charging station restarts.
Step 6: Wait 10 minutes and contact E-Flux (+31 (0)20 76306 20) to ask if the charging station has connected to our platform. Please provide the EVSE ID for this purpose.
Stap 7: E-Flux approves the charger. Register the charging station by scanning the QR code on the "Ready to charge?" envelope or by going to www.e-flux.nl/instructies-account/.
