    • Contains: Sim card (optional), EVSE ID, configuration manual for the installer and registration manual for the owner of the charging station.

Follow the steps:

Step 1: Connect the charger to the internet

There are 3 ways to connect a Sungrow charger to the internet:

  • Via an ethernet cable, plugged in the PJ45 socket “LAN”.

  • Via the sim card inserted before powering up the charger.

  • Via a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection at the charger location.

Tip: How to check if your charger is connected to the internet:

Step 2: Go to the System check page on the charger

When the charger is powered on for the first time, the program on the display of the charger will turn on automatically. Start the program to run a system check, and after 30 seconds the start page will open. The start page displays the availability of the charger:

  • Upper left corner: time, date and ID.

  • Upper right corner: network status and language.

Step 3: Login to the Operation and Maintenance mode

Press on the time in the upper left corner of the system check page for 4 seconds until the pop-up dialog box appears. Fill in the Authentication code 262924 and press on enter.

Step 4: Configure the network connection

  • Sim card:

    • Insert the sim card while the charger is off.

    • Click on Read to read the sim card information (ICCID).

    • Enter the APN name: m2m.services

    • Click on Set to save the settings.

    • Close the dialog box.

Note: a PIN code is not required for E-Flux by Road simcards.

  • Wi-Fi

    • Click AssSSID and enter SSID (the name of the Wi-Fi network) and Password in the pop-up dialogue box.

    • Click OK to save settings.
