Step 1: When the charger is unscrewed, you have a 4G dongle on the left side inside the charging point (see image). This is attached to the USB connector by default. Disconnect it, remove the cap and insert the SIM card as shown in Figure 2.
Step 2: Connect the laptop to the charger via the Ethernet cable.
Here, it is important that you take the Ethernet port next to the 4G dongle.
Step 3: Open the browser on your laptop and enter the following IP address: http://169.254.1.1:8300/. This then puts you in the charging station's interface.
Step 4: When in the interface, click on 'connectivity' and then cellular.
Step 5: Change the APN to m2m.services, you can leave the username and password blank. Then click save.
Step 6: Then go to the OCPP setting. Change the OCPP version to '1.6'.
Step 7: At the Central system address (URL) field, enter the following: ws://ocpp.e-flux.co.uk/1.6/e-flux.
Step 8: You can leave the local port and local path fields blank. The basic authentication password can be left blank.
Step 9: Click save.
Step 10: Go to setting maintenance, then select 'hard reset'.
Step 11: Call E-Flux (+31 (0)20 76306 20) once the reset is complete to check that the connection to the eMobility platform has been made. (Please wait a few minutes before calling).
Step 12: Register the charging station by scanning the QR code on the 'Ready to charge?' envelope. Or go to: https://www.e-flux.nl/instructies-account/
