Configuration Requirements
Configuration package E-Flux by Road
Contains: EVSE ID, configuration manual for the installer and registration manual for the owner of the charging station
Installation manual Scame BE-T
Configuration device: laptop, smartphone or tablet
Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi Hotspot
Follow the steps
Step 1: Use the Installation manual of the Scame BE-T to savely complete the installation of the charger.
Step 2: Connect the master station to your configuration device via ethernet or connect the station to a local network via Wi-Fi.
Step 3: Connect the RS485 serial line from the satellite stations to the master station (up to 16 charging points).
Step 4: Enter the following IP address in your web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox,…): 192.168.30.126
Step 5: Login to the server by using the following credentials:
Username: admin
Password: gsroot
Step 6: Navigate to the Settings menu in the server to change the configuration of the station.
Step 7: Open the Network Setup menu and configure the right parameters to connect the station to the network. The control system will be connected to the IP-address entered in this menu.
Step 8: Select OCPP 1.6 JSON in the OCPP Type Selector menu.
Step 9: Open the OCPP 1.6 Setup menu and enter the following values:
OCPP Enabled: ‘Enable OCPP’
WebSocket SSL: ‘Disable WebSocket SSL’
Central Station IP Address: ws://ocpp.e-flux.nl
Central Station TCP Port: 80
Central Station Path: /1.6/e-flux
Charge Box Identity: ‘Enter the unique serial number of the charging station’
SIM Card Serial Number (ICCID): ‘Leave empty’
SIM Card PIN (IMSI): ‘Leave empty’
Step 10: Click on Save and reboot the station.
If you are the installer of the charging station, go to Step 11. If you are the owner of the charging station, go to step 12.
Step 11: Complete the following steps to activate the station on the E-Flux by Road platform:
Login to your Field Service Account or create a Field Service Account via www.e-flux.io/installer-signup*.
Go to “Setup New EVSE” in the menu on the left and enter the serial number or OCPP ID of the station.
Click on “Setup charging station”.
Click on Upload Configuration, then click Next.
Choose and define the connector type, and choose “Save Connector Configuration”.
The charging station is now activated and ready to be registered by the owner!
*A Field Service Account is for installers only and will be used as a point of contact for technical tickets.
Step 12: Complete the following steps to register the station on the E-Flux by Road platform:
Ask your installer to complete Step 11 to finish the configuration of your charger, or call E-Flux by Road to finish the configuration.
Create an E-Flux by Road account by going to www.e-flux.io/signup.
Is this charging station facilitated by your employer? Check your email for the invitation.
Follow the steps to add the location and register your charging station.
Put the sticker with the QR code on the charging station so it’s easier to identify the station if you need support.
The charging station is now registered and ready to be used!
