What is changing?
Road is increasing its prices for AC socket subscriptions. The new prices excluding VAT are:
One-time per-socket connection fee = €16.50
Monthly subscription fee per socket = €5.50
When is the AC subscription price changing?
Our price will apply to new subscriptions from 1 August 2024.
For our existing customers, the change to your monthly subscription will go into effect on 1 September 2024.
Will my charge card subscription prices change?
No. There is no change to our charge card prices.
Will my DC subscription price change?
No. There is no change to the one-time per-socket connection fee or the monthly subscription for DC sockets.
Will this change apply to session reimbursements?
No. There is no change to our reimbursement for charge point owners.
I am a Road Private Label customer. Will this change apply to me or my customers?
No. There is no change for you or your customers.
I recently subscribed to the Business or Enterprise plan. Will my platform fee change?
No. There is no change to the monthly platform fee for the recently introduced Business and Enterprise subscription plans.
However your monthly per socket subscription for AC chargers will change to €5.50 excluding VAT as of 1 September 2024 for existing customers.
