What is a tariff profile?
Tariff profiles allow you to manage tariffs across a large number of EVSE devices and set special discount conditions. These discounts are applied to MSP tokens from a specific card issuer, as specified in the tariff profile.
Who can use this functionality?
Tariff Profiles are available at the admin level for Enterprise customers. This feature allows Enterprise customers to manage tariffs across a group of EVSE devices, ensuring streamlined control and the ability to set special discount conditions.
How to create tariff profile?
Click on “Create Tariff Profile”;
Name the Tariff Profile;
Set a base tariff. This will be billed to all other tokens;
Check the box “Enable custom tariffs for certain card issuers”;
Enter the issuer name (check https://dashboard.e-flux.nl/charging-stations/tokens/analytics for the exact name);
Set the rate you want to bill to this card issuer;
Done > Next: add the tariff profile to the charge station.
Optional
To allow the charge point owner to change the base tariff, check this box. This enables the charge point owner to adjust the pricing setting on the charge station.
