To improve the security and reliability of our services, we’ve implemented a new rule for all SIM cards.

What has changed?

From now on, when a SIM card is inserted into a different device than the one it was previously used in, it will be automatically blocked. This helps prevent misuse and keeps our network secure.

What still works:

  • Reinserting the SIM card into the same device: no problem – it will continue to work normally.

What will trigger a block:

  • Inserting the SIM card into a different device (even if temporarily) will result in automatic blocking.

Need to reuse a blocked SIM card?

Please contact our support team at [email protected]. Let us know which SIM card you’re using and why it needs to be reactivated.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. Can I remove the SIM card and put it back in the same device?

Yes, if the SIM card goes back into the same device, it will continue to work normally.

  1. Why are SIM cards blocked when inserted into a different device?

This helps us protect against unauthorized use and ensures network stability for all users.

  1. How can I unblock a SIM card that was blocked?

Email our support team at [email protected] with the SIM card details and the reason you want to reactivate it.

  1. Can I move the SIM to a new device for troubleshooting or replacement purposes?

We understand some situations require this. If a new device must be used, please contact support in advance so we can guide you through the process without triggering a block.

  1. Does this apply to all SIM cards provided by Road?

Yes, this policy applies to all Road-issued SIM cards, regardless of the hardware or service plan.
