The Detected Issues page helps Providers and Installers maintain charging stations with maximum efficiency. Below is an overview of how to use this dashboard:

  • Overview: Use the new Overview Tab to see a summary of all issues grouped by type. Providers can now see issues across their own accounts and all sub-providers.

  • Filters: Drill down by e.g. Installer Account, Vendor, Firmware.

  • Bulk Actions: Select and resolve multiple issues at once.

  • Expanded Visibility for Providers: Provider-level users now have a complete picture. You can view detected issues for your own organization alongside those of your sub-providers in a single view.

  • Bulk Resolution: You can now select multiple issues via the checklist and resolve them all in one click.
