Most charge point operators share charge sessions in real time. This means that after you’ve ended a session, it will appear in your E-Flux by Road account immediately. However, some operators only send a monthly overview of the sessions. In this case, sessions will appear in your account after they have been imported, which typically happens between the 1st and the 10th of the following month.Several factors can impact the visibility and completeness of charging sessions in the E-Flux by Road system. Charging sessions are recorded and relayed to E-Flux by Road through the charging station management provider. If the station does not report sessions or delays the transmission, the sessions will not appear immediately. Additionally, when a charging station goes offline, it cannot transmit session data to the system. Once connectivity is restored, the station may transmit delayed sessions to E-Flux by Road. However, in some cases, if the station does not sync properly upon coming back online, these sessions may fail to appear in your account.

If session data is delayed, invoicing for those sessions might occur in a later billing period, provided the data is eventually received. This sometimes results in sessions appearing out of chronological order in your transaction history.

Please note: If there are network or hardware issues, the charging station will store the sessions and send them later once it’s back online. CPOs (Charge Point Operators) have the ability to send sessions up to 24 months after the original session date.
