Why it might happen the charge sessions you did don't show up (yet)

Most charge point operators share charge sessions real time. This means that after you’ve ended the session, it will appear in your E-Flux by Road account. Some operators however, only send a monthly overview of the sessions. In this case they will be visible after we’ve imported them. In these instances the charging data will be visible in your account between the 1st and the 10th the following month.

Good news! Because of new communication standards, more and more operators will share live data.

Please note: when there are network or hardware issues the charge station will store the sessions, and send it later when it's back online. CPOs have the ability to send sessions 24 months from the original date.
