Real-time charge session data and delays from some operators

Most charge point operators share charge sessions in real time. This means that after you’ve ended a session, it will appear in your E-Flux by Road account immediately. However, some operators only send a monthly overview of the sessions. In this case, sessions will appear in your account after they have been imported, which typically happens between the 1st and the 10th of the following month.

Good news! Due to new communication standards, more and more operators are now sharing live data.

Please note: If there are network or hardware issues, the charging station will store the sessions and send them later once it’s back online. CPOs (Charge Point Operators) have the ability to send sessions up to 24 months after the original session date.
