Step-by-step guide

1. Choose what to export

Decide whether you want to export charging sessions from your charging card or your charging station. The E-Flux dashboard provides a user-friendly interface to export and analyse charging consumption data, offering functionalities such as exporting data for specific locations and viewing invoice details.

  • Charging sessions with your card:

  • Go to my cards → my usage ('Mijn kaarten → Mijn verbruik' in Dutch)

  • Charging sessions from your charging station:

  • Go to my locations → my usage ('Mijn locaties → Mijn verbruik' in Dutch)

2. Select the desired period

  • Choose the period for which you want to declare your charging sessions.

3. Export the overview

Click on export to download the session data. Note that the dashboard does not allow exporting data strictly by individual charging stations, but you can use filters in Excel to analyse the data per location or per station after exporting it.

  • The file will open automatically in Excel (XLSX).

  • You can choose to download all sessions as CSV or Excel (XLSX) for easy readability.

Tips for Data Analysis

  • Use Excel or similar tools to filter and analyse the exported data by location or charging station.

  • Review invoice specifications for detailed breakdowns of charges and consumption.

Viewing and Exporting Invoice Details

  • Go to the 'Mijn verbruik' (My usage) section in the dashboard.

  • After an invoice is issued, locate it in the list of invoices.

  • Click on 'Meer' (More) to the right of the invoice to download its specification.
