Step-by-step guide

1. Choose what to export

Decide whether you want to export charging sessions from your charging card or your charging station. Exporting data can be useful for various purposes such as generating invoices, reimbursements, or detailed reporting.

  • Charging sessions with your card:

    • Go to my cards → my usage

  • Charging sessions from your charging station:

    • Go to my locations → my usage

  • Charging sessions linked to invoices:

    • Go to Mijn facturen (My Invoices) and locate the desired invoice.

2. Select the desired period

  • Choose the period for which you want to declare your charging sessions.

3. Export the overview

Click on export to download the session data. Note that the dashboard does not allow exporting data strictly by individual charging stations, but you can use filters in Excel to analyse the data per location or per station after exporting it.

  • The file will open automatically in Excel (XLSX).

  • You can choose to download all sessions as CSV or Excel (XLSX) for easy readability.

Tips for Data Analysis

  • Use Excel or similar tools to filter and analyse the exported data by location or charging station.

  • Review invoice specifications for detailed breakdowns of charges and consumption.

Accessing and Managing Invoice Details

  • Log in to the E-Flux Dashboard.

  • Navigate to the 'Mijn facturen' (My Invoices) section.

  • Locate the invoice you want to review.

  • Click on 'Actie' (Action) > 'Meer' (More) next to the invoice.

  • Download the sessions in your preferred file format.
