How to assist customers with charge point issues using the eMobility platform

If a customer contacts you about charge point issues, you can help them get back on track using the eMobility platform.

Follow these steps

  1. Navigate to actions in the dashboard:

    • Log in to the eMobility platform and go to the dashboard.

  2. Choose the appropriate action:

    • Select unlock to release the charging cable if it's stuck.

    • Choose hard reset to reset the charge point if a more thorough solution is needed.

These simple steps help ensure your customers can quickly resume their charging sessions without complications.
