How can I pay at a DC charging station (fast charger)?
You have a few options at a DC charging station. You can always use a charge card, we accept over 5 million charge cards at our charging stations. Next to that, you can also scan the QR code sticker and pay directly. Lastly, if there is a payment terminal available, you can pay with your bank card there.
How can I pay at an AC charging station?
At an AC charging station you can use your charge card (our charging stations accept over 5 million charge cards) or scan the QR code and pay directly.
QR code payments
What payment methods are available for QR code payments?
In our QR payment flow we support Visa & Mastercard payment cards together with ApplePay and GooglePay payment methods.
We plan to add further further specific local payment methods based on demand in due course.
How can I get a receipt when I pay via the QR code?
A detailed receipt of your charging activity is displayed at the end of our QR code payment flow on your mobile device. Simply take a screenshot of this page to obtain a permanent receipt for your transaction.
What does it cost to use the QR code flow for payments?
As a driver you will pay the charging tariff and any additional fees as set by the CPO. All of this information will be displayed to you before you start charging as part of our anonymous ad hoc payments journey. No additional fees will be charges to the driver for using the QR code payment flow.
