Once you're ready to start a charging session, you'll need to pay for the kWh charged. Charging stations offer several payment options. This article explains all the available methods.

How can I pay at a DC charging station (fast charger)? At a DC charging station, you have a few options:
Charge Card: You can use your charge card, as we accept over 5 million charge cards at our stations.
QR Code: Scan the QR code sticker and pay directly.
Payment Terminal: If available, you can also pay with your bank card at the payment terminal.
How can I pay at an AC charging station? At an AC charging station, you can:
Charge Card: Use your charge card (we accept over 5 million charge cards).
QR Code: Scan the QR code and pay directly.

QR Code Payments
What payment methods are available for QR code payments? We support the following payment methods for QR code payments:
Visa & Mastercard payment cards
ApplePay and GooglePay
We plan to add additional local payment methods in the future based on demand.
How can I get a receipt when I pay via the QR code? A detailed receipt of your charging activity will appear at the end of the QR code payment flow on your mobile device. Simply take a screenshot to save the receipt.
What does it cost to use the QR code payment flow? You will pay the charging tariff and any additional fees set by the CPO. This information will be displayed before you start charging. No extra fees will be charged for using the QR code payment flow.
Payment Terminal Payments
Which cards can I use for payment terminal payments? You can use the following cards at payment terminals:
Visa, Mastercard, VPay/Visa Debit, Maestro/Mastercard Debit, Girocard
How can I get a receipt when I pay via a payment terminal? To obtain your receipt, visit receipt link.
What does it cost if I use a payment terminal to start my session? As a driver, you will pay the charging tariff and any additional fees set by the CPO. This information will be shown before starting the session. No additional fees will be charged for using the payment terminal.
The payment terminal is not working. What do I need to do? If the payment terminal isn't working, please contact our helpdesk for assistance.
Other Questions
What happens with a contactless payment above €50? The session will automatically end when the amount of €50 is reached.
