E-Flux by Road has made it easy to resolve basic issues at the charge point. If you are a driver at an E-Flux by Road charge point whose cable is stuck, follow below steps:
Scan the QR code sticker on the side of the charge point;
Tap on the button that says “Support”;
Tap the button that says “Connector cable is stuck or session won’t stop”;
Follow the instructions listed on your phone until the cable has been released.
If you have followed all steps and the cable is still stuck, use the phone information to contact the help desk in your preferred language.
