At charging stations managed by E-Flux by Road, we have made it possible to solve simple problems directly. If you are an EV driver at a charging point where the cable is stuck, please follow these steps:
Scan the QR code sticker on the side of the charge point;
Tap on the button that says support;
Tap the button that says connector cable is stuck or session won’t stop;
Follow the instructions listed on your phone until the cable has been released.
If you have followed all steps and the cable is still stuck, use the phone information to contact the help desk in your preferred language.
