We have made it easy to resolve basic issues at the charge point. If you are a driver and a session will not start:
Scan the QR code sticker on the side of the charge point;
Tap on the button that says “Support”;
Tap the button that says “Session won’t start”;
Follow the instructions listed on your phone until the session starts.
If you have followed all steps and the session still won’t start, use the phone information to contact the help desk in your preferred language
