What can I do when a session won't start?

Use the Self-service support feature on the QR code page

E-Flux by Road has made it easy to resolve basic issues at the charge point. If you are a driver at an E-Flux charge point and a session will not start:

  1. Scan the QR code sticker on the side of the charge point;

  2. Tap on the button that says “Support”;

  3. Tap the button that says “Session won’t start”;

  4. Follow the instructions listed on your phone until the session starts.

If you have followed all steps and the session still won’t start, use the phone information to contact the help desk in your preferred language
