What can I do when a session won't start?

Use the self-service support feature on the QR code page

At charging stations managed by E-Flux by Road, we have made it possible to solve simple issues directly at the charging point. If you are an EV driver and the session doesn't start, please follow these steps:

  1. Scan the QR code sticker on the side of the charge point;

  2. Tap on the button that says support;

  3. Tap the button that says session won’t start;

  4. Follow the instructions listed on your phone until the session starts.

If you have followed all steps and the session still won’t start, use the phone information to contact the help desk in your preferred language
