First, you’ll need to have your charge station installed. The best way is to find an installer experienced with charging station setups. They’ll help you choose the right charge station brand. To ensure your charge station is compatible with E-Flux by Road, check which brands are supported here.

Once the charge station is installed, the next step is configuring the software. Ideally, your installer will handle this. If they haven’t worked with E-Flux by Road before, you can share our 'Installer Knowledge Base' with them to help with the setup. We provide manuals for each charge station model to guide them through the configuration process.

After configuration, the installer will finish their work. At this point, you can finalize the setup by creating an account on E-Flux by Road and connecting your charge station to your account. Once connected, you can start using and managing it right away.
