The charger status is the current connector status of the charge point.
Charging stations can report a status for the station as a whole, or per individual connector:
Connector 0 = the entire charging station
Connector 1 = the left connector
Connector 2 = the right connector
This means a dual-socket station can report different statuses for each connector at the same time — for example, one connector may be Charging while the other remains Available.
We'll explain the different status options below:
Available = the charge point is available for charging
Occupied = charging in process
Preparing = connecting (RFID card scanned or charging cable connected to charge point and car)
Not available = not available due to malfunction
Faulted = charge point error (Click here to find out how to diagnose the error)
Suspended EV = charging is being suspended by the car
