It is now possible to start a charging session without a charge card at a charging station that is connected to the E-Flux by Road platform. A charging session is in that case started from your smartphone.
For charging stations installed after April 13, 2024, it works like this:
Scan the QR code on the charging station;
Choose the connector you want to use;
Click 'charge now with direct payment';
Choose your payment method;
Your charging session will start now.
To stop the charging session:
Go to the same overview.
Click 'end session';
Your transaction will be processed and you'll be able to see a receipt.
Your session is ended.
For charging stations installed before April 13, 2024:
Scan the QR code on the charging station;
Create your account.
Click 'start session' and enter the connector ID that you'll find on the charging station;
Stop the session from the same overview.
The costs will be charged via a monthly invoice.
