How can I start a session without a charge card?

Start charging without your charge card

It is now possible to start a charging session without a charge card at a charging station. A charging session is in that case started from your smartphone.

For charging stations installed after April 13, 2024, it works like this:

  1. Scan the QR code on the charging station;

  2. Choose the connector you want to use;

  3. Click charge now with direct payment;

  4. Choose your payment method;

  5. Your charging session will start now.

To stop the charging session:

  1. Go to the same overview.

  2. Click end session;

  3. Your transaction will be processed and you'll be able to see a receipt.

  4. Your session is ended.

For charging stations installed before April 13, 2024:

  1. Scan the QR code on the charging station;

  2. Create your account.

  3. Click start session and enter the connector ID that you'll find on the charging station;

  4. Stop the session from the same overview.

The costs will be charged via a monthly invoice.
